Due to the increasing amount of people who make reports without date, time or screenshots, then complaining why it gets rejected, i have found out that topic about how the report should be created must be made.
1) Why would i report the person who is breaking the rules?
If you notice a player severely breaking the rules/repeatedly breaking them, you can make a report describing what rule he broke, when he did it, and how often he does it. Requesting a punishment of a player who isn't breaking the rules is forbidden.
You reporting the player will help us in order to keep the server clean. By reporting him, you are greatly helping the admin team. If the person teamhitted you for example, reporting such person would make sure that he gets what he deserves.
2) How do i report the person who is breaking the rules?
Once you spotted the person who is breaking rules, be it him teamhitting/teamkilling you, or anything else make sure to make some evidence! Screenshot or video evidence. Without it, it makes for the admin team really hard to find out what happened, and in cases of some reports, it will make your report rejected. For example, if you notice a doorglitcher and you do not make screenshot or video evidence, your report will always be rejected, as logs do not show door glitching.
This is the list of rules, make sure to read it if you haven't already
3) I've made a screenshot, how what?
After you do that, you go to the reports part of the forums. Reports section is fifth on the menu from the left.
Click there, and click on the "Add Report" button, as shown on the picture bellow.
After you have clicked on that, you will see the new menu, with the details of the things that should be filled
4) Filling out the report template
Here you write down the type of rule break that happened (Teamhitting, Teamkilling, Door Glitching, Delaying etc)
For some odd reason time might be bugged, you can leave it blank and state on explanation the time, or write down the time as the comment, if you already posted your report. Make sure, without the time and date, your report will almost always be rejected! It's a must to include it.
You select the server where the rule break happened. For example i have been teamkilled on siege server, so i put the "EU2 Siege"
Here you state the character name you played with when it happened with the clan tags. Not your account name!
For example i played with character [Korpi]Knez3 when i was teamhitted. I will put that name there.
Self explanatory, like everything else really. But just in case, here you put the names of the character(s) that were rule breaking.
Here you will briefly say what happened, post your screenshot or video evidence, and put the time and date when the rule break happened. No need to make explanation big, as long as you have good, solid evidence, and you did everything as asked, there will be no problems.
5) Example of how a report should look like
My report got rejected but he really did rulebreak!
In this case, make sure to contact the admin who rejected your report first before doing anything else. We always have our reasons for such things, and it is your right to ask us. After you contacted the admin who rejected your report, you can contact the head admin afterwards.
I have been falsely warned, this never happened! Help!
Contact the head admin.
