Hey folks,
Just a thread to notice ideas for builds, as the title says. Got the idea when i figured out how cool a Boyar Rider would be, maybe you have similiar ideas and want to post them here.
Or any ideas for unconventional builds with special weapons etc..
(Although that would fit here too: http://forums.mbmerc...ead.php?tid=162 But it is a old thread.)

For example:
Russian Cavalry / Boyar Rider

Well, A russian Boyar would not use Sarranid Boots hehe

I once tried a Polish Knight but that didn't work, no cool plates :(

I don't know how to insetr these cool pics :( So I'll do it in ol' good words

I experimented between Coat of plates and Plate Armour, but the plate armour looked like a Swedish Plate in my eyes, the plate armour I imagined was to be a silver one like Masterwork plate and a bit similar to the Plate Armour.

I also missed the Warhorse with a Polish Eagle on it, and there is no white-red tipical eagle banner in Warband, I used the black and yellow for a while, then switched to a green one[Rhodok].

A nice Pig-Face helmet is usually the helm they wore, although they sometimes wore great helmets.
Also they wore Russian based point helm[like Litchinia] rarely, but it happened.
And of course a heavy build 24/12 with high PS and IF.
I want my eagle :(

I also made a Polish-Lithuanian Horse Archer, basicly it had a Steppe equipment.
At one point, we relied on light armour, which made us agi fags xD

If I'm correct the English didn't like using two-handed swords, so they used bills instead, thats my guess

English footknights = Bec de Corbin. Medieval 2, it is known.

Cleomenes, exceptionally i agree with you about WFaS Merc. But that would split up community.

Problems about all the builds posted unteil now, that they feel like normal knights when you play then. I wish there was something really special i could save for...

Looks cool, yes (just Noble Hunter is ugly), but it still feels like normal armor.

(This was the heavy cavalryman's main weapon, most of these lances were made of wood so if he hit he would break it and start fighting with the 3 of the above which were secondaries)

(If he was a Noble/Lord)
@Tywin: Well it depends really, some Footknights did use 2h swords.
I'm just gonna finish Tywin's debt (today or tomorrow early), then pay back tintin, then I'll save for golden gauntlets, then noble horse and I'm done. :D
