- Only 2 CW servers will be running at time.
- CW servers cannot be run during Happy Hour (17:00-18:00 GMT)
If you do not have an admin on Steam, PM them. Chances are they might not accept your steam friend request in time for your CW.
How to hold a clan war
If you are not able to find an admin in time, you'll get a temporary admin password. It will work during your clan war only, but still, do not give it to other people. Also, please read the clan war ruleset: Clanwar Ruleset.
It's very important to start the clan war via the Additional Tools menu:
If everything is fine, you will see the light yellow message "A clan war has started". If you see the white message "Cannot start a clan war: teams are not ready", it means that the server cannot understand which clans are going to fight. Only 2 clans can start a clan war and members of different clans cannot be in one team. Clanless players and "mercenaries" (members of other clans) can join teams after the start of CW.
Make sure the clan war started successfully or results won't be recoded to the database. You may finish it when the match is complete (all rounds are played) but do not finish it in a middle of the match. It will be possible to exclude specific rounds from the final result before publishing the clan war. To get the clan war published, contact an admin.
