You mean on siege? battle? During hour of plenty when there are 60 ppl around or in general? Game is pretty balanced, every class got his use and can be effective in the "optimal" situation. Just don't go tincan because archers/cavs will focus your slow ass and lighter infantry will run away while you won't be able to avoid gangbangs. :(
